Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 7winer platform — they set out your rights and responsibilities.

General Terms

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7winer platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" or "Member"). This platform is operated by 7winer. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all of the following services:

  • Sports betting (cricket, football, boxing and other sports)
  • Virtual games and fishing games
  • Bonus programs and promotional offers
  • Payment and withdrawal services

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. In the event of any disagreement over the interpretation of a word or phrase, the administrative decision of 7winer shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To register with 7winer and use its services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by or participation in gaming activities by minors is strictly prohibited.

Warning: Allowing minors to create accounts or play games is a legally punishable offence. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate and truthful information:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Active mobile number or email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Details of your preferred payment method

In the event of false or incomplete information being provided, 7winer reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or operating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

7winer follows an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure the security and fairness of the platform. You may be asked to submit the following documents when required:

  • Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

7winer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms
  • Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Bonus abuse
  • Use of a false identity
  • Suspicion of involvement in illegal activity

3.3 Self-Requested Account Closure

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please submit a request via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. It is recommended that all pending withdrawals be completed before the account is closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at 7winer: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Deposits must be made only using a payment method registered in your own name.

All deposits are secured via SSL encryption. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals will not be processed until account verification (KYC) is complete
  • Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds

4.3 Currency and Conversion

7winer processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not accepted. Any applicable charges for currency conversion or international transfers must be borne by the user.

4.4 Incomplete or Delayed Transactions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit at 7winer, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

No promo code is needed to claim this bonus — it is added automatically at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus and all promotional bonuses is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

  • Wagering will be counted on eligible games only
  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus credit is received
  • The wagering of multiple bonuses cannot be completed at the same time

5.3 VIP Program

7winer's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The opportunity to move to a higher tier depends on activity and participation on the platform. 7winer reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or collecting bonuses through any fraudulent means — will result in all associated bonuses being cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7winer uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. The outcome of all games is entirely dependent on chance. No game outcome is predetermined or controllable.

6.2 Gaming Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets automatically using any software or bot
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
  • Attempting to hack any part of the platform
  • Using any form of cheat or method to gain an unfair advantage

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section (cricket, football, boxing, kabaddi, etc.), all odds are determined in real time and may change before an event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances, such as an event being cancelled).

6.4 Technical Issues and Disputes

If a game outcome is affected by any technical error, network disruption or system failure, 7winer reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount. In such cases, the decision of 7winer shall be considered final.

Service Changes & Termination

11.1 Changes to the Service

If 7winer ever decides to shut down its service entirely, active members will be notified in a timely manner and arrangements will be made to return any valid funds in their accounts. Bonus funds and money subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements may not be refundable.
